Maple Sugaring Workshop

Learn how to tap and make syrup from Vancouver Island's native maple trees. The Workshop includes a classroom session with a PowerPoint presentation, then the group moves outside for a hands-on tapping demonstration. We'll finish up at the Backlund's evaporator to smell and taste maple syrup being made.
